How to take CBD Oil

  1. Always follow the manufacture’s instructions. After all, they know their product better than anyone and can instruct you about the precise milligram and dosing measurements. Our Living Naturals oil suggests starting with 1/2 dropper which is equal to 0.5 ml.
  2. Squeeze the dropper to fill to the specified dose. Note: some oils do not have metered droppers. But our 30ml and 60ml bottles have metered droppers so you get the precise amount every time.
  3. Apply under the tongue and hold for 20-30 seconds to allow the cannabinoid to fully absorb into your bloodstream. This is an important step that you don’t want to overlook. Nine times out of ten, when a tincture isn’t working for someone, it is because they haven’t properly held it in place. When you take the drops under your tongue, this allows the tincture to absorb into the skin like a topical. When you swallow it, the effects will be delayed and the tincture will behave more like an edible. This means your effects will take a lot longer to work through our digestive system.

Tinctures are perfect for those who can’t smoke or are looking for fast and immediate relief. Contact our chat to speak with a CBD tincture specialist.
