All returns must be postmarked 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. After receiving the Authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your package to:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or issue you an exchange. Please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your return. We will notify you when your exchange/credit has processed.
